Article 50, clause 2 (banning of unauthorized collection of email address)

1. Anyone who has an intention of collecting email address on the internet website or any other technical device should automatically be refused.
2. Anyone, shall not sell and distribute e-mail addresses in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (1).
3. In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, personal e-mail address is prohibited in the sale and distribution and will not be used to transmit information.
